Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery to Your Door

We deliver your parts and items to the address you give us at checkout. The delivery fee is shown in your order summary before you confirm and pay, so you always know exactly what the delivery will cost.

2. How the Fee Is Worked Out

We use a standard delivery fee for products set to standard delivery, and that standard fee is charged once per order — no matter how many standard-delivery products you buy. Products with a custom delivery fee each add their own amount, which may be R0.00 for free delivery on that product. Adding more of the same product never multiplies a delivery fee. If we ever run a store-wide free-delivery promotion, the standard fee is simply set to R0.00 and that is what you will see at checkout. There are no hidden charges and we never add delivery costs after you have ordered.

3. How the Total Is Calculated

• The standard delivery fee is charged once per order when your cart contains any standard-delivery product.
• Each product with a custom delivery fee adds that fee once.
• Adding more of the same product does not multiply any delivery fee.
• The full breakdown is shown in one place, the order summary, before you pay.
• The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery windows are confirmed with your order confirmation and depend on your location and our workshop schedule. Public holidays and unforeseen delays are excluded. If we are ever running late we will let you know on WhatsApp as soon as we do.

5. Failed Delivery / No-One Home

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you on WhatsApp to rearrange. Reasonable redelivery may be arranged; repeated failed attempts may eventually require you to collect your order so it is not stuck in a courier depot.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Receipt of an item is subject to our returns process — if anything arrives damaged or is missing, please tell us within 7 days (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
